FutureEverything Festival

The FutureEverything Festival (formerly Futuresonic) takes place in Manchester every May. It is celebration of digital practice, art, music & future trends. The track for this year was the Future Digital Space, encompassing future networks, tools, products, forms of connection and entertainment.

ImagineScience Film Festival

This week, the Imagine Science Film Festival left New York for the first time and came to Dublin. In collaboration with UCD, the festival runs in tandem with the many other events around Dublin as part of Dublin City of Science 2012.

Erich-Thienhaus-Institute, Detmold University Residency

Dr. Robert Sazdov has been invited by the Erich-Thienhaus-Institute, Detmold University to undertake a research and creative residency this May/June. The research will involved formulating spatial approaches for electroacoustic music in their ‘Konzert House’, which consists of a 300+ loudspeaker wave field synthesis set-up.
